According to some statistics, only 20% of the world has access to the Internet. And that includes 56k dial-ups. So while it seems that our generation is obsessed with Facebook and Youtube and Ebay and Myspace, there’s still tonnes of people out there without an email address. So on the one hand, we have a problem of overdependency, and on the other, many are still shut out. Kinda like the widening wealth gap between the rich and poor.
Enough PREACHINESS! It’s the weekend and there’s no new Punthology, but if today’s comic looks nice, then vote anyway! And the Internet Deities will smile down upon you….

I’ve really liked this “Internet Addiction” series. It makes some clever points while keeping it funny and ridiculous. Especially the fun little background touches like LJ eating a fish-topped donut…
Poor people has more expensive addiction than internet, like crack or heroine….. they should turn into internet addictions, they are not so expensive…..
